Welcome to The Pain Relief Path: Menopause
I'm so glad you're here.
Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey.
If you're here, there's a good chance you've been told your pain is "just aging," that your lab work is normal, or that you simply need to exercise or stretch more. Many women spend years searching for answers without anyone explaining how perimenopause and postmenopause can affect the muscles, joints, tendons, bones, sleep, and overall quality of life.
This course was created to change that.
My goal isn't to overwhelm you with information or convince you that there is only one "right" treatment. Instead, I want to help you understand what is happening in your body so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Whether you choose lifestyle changes, hormone therapy, supplements, medications, physical therapy, or a combination of approaches, you'll have a framework for understanding why you're making those choices.
