The Pain Relief Path: Menopause

Understand why your body hurts during perimenopause and postmenopause.

Joint pain. Poor recovery. Worse sleep. Hormonal changes don't just affect hot flashes. Learn what's happening and what evidence-informed options can help.

✓ Self-paced online course

✓ 4 weeks of evidence-informed education

✓ 12 months of access

✓ Developed by Dr. Sarah Vosburgh, ND

If you are dealing with pain, poor recovery from exercise, disrupted sleep, feeling warmer than usual, or simply no longer feeling like yourself, this course will help you understand what is actually happening in your body and what you can do about it.

What no one tells you is that these changes are not just “getting older.”

Many women in perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause are told their symptoms are unrelated or just part of getting older.

  • Pain increases

  • Recovery slows

  • Sleep changes

  • Focus drops

  • Mood worsens

There are real physiological changes happening in your muscles, joints, nervous system, and body systems that are directly influenced by hormones.

If you do not understand what is driving these changes, it becomes very difficult to choose the right next step.

This is where most women get stuck.

This course is for you if:

You are dealing with joint or muscle pain, headaches, or vaginal and pelvic discomfort that feels new or is getting worse.

You have tried to feel better but feel dismissed, confused, or unsure of what is actually going on in your body.

You want clear, evidence based guidance on both natural approaches and medical options, including menopausal hormone therapy.

You are being told this is normal, but it does not feel manageable or sustainable to you.

You are ready to understand what is happening in your body and make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.

You are exhausted, not sleeping well, or struggling with focus or brain fog, and symptoms like hot flashes or night sweats.

Why learn from me?

Meet Dr. Sarah Vosburgh, ND

I'm Dr. Sarah Vosburgh, ND, a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen's University. I created The Pain Relief Path: Menopause after seeing how many women with pain, stiffness, poor recovery, and fatigue were told their symptoms were "just part of aging" without ever receiving a clear explanation.

In my clinical practice, I help women understand how hormonal changes can affect the musculoskeletal system, sleep, metabolism, and overall health so they can make informed decisions about their treatment options. This course brings together the same evidence-informed education and practical framework I use with my patients, making it accessible wherever you are.

My goal is simple: to replace uncertainty with understanding so you can move forward with confidence.
